I arrived a little early for my check in time. I was not greeted with a freindly welcome back as I am a regular visitor to the hotel just a glum expression and telling me there is bad news. Apparently the hotel did a refund for my previous booking but there accounts department refunded incorrectly which I was not aware or informed about the incident which occured many weeks ago. Anyway I agreed to do apayment as I was rather rudely informed in front of staff and other customers then I had to wait a long time for my room. When I went in I noticed the patio furniture had been removed and several light bulbs were dead also I had to wash the coffee counter which was thickly coated and dirty from previous client also no cookies in the tray. Then we took a shower and discovered only one towel I requested another but never got it. The patio door could not lock either. These are petty but not acceptable for 5 stars the worst problem was when I went to bed and started itching and felt something biting me I was shocked and immediately checked out and I was charged the full rate anyway but I was eager to go and shower and wash clothing I felt so dirty and it was burning my skin. Very sad
