I just called Clinix (Botshelong) hospital in Vosloorus, and the phone was answered by Clement and I asked to be transfered to Sister Vilakazi's rooms as I forgot the direct line. I was told that she was not available, i then ask to be given the direct number he then said I must hold on. I heard him asking for the numbers that I was looking for as he didnt have them on the 'LIST'' a lady said to him, "tell them that she doesn't have a direct number" when Clement return to me to convey what he was told I said to him I know they to have a direct line, they shouldn't say sister V doesn't have a direct line, why should you have a switchboard operator that gives patients wrong info??? by the so called supervisor Mangi/Mani whatever her name is!!! Surely your phone to have a mute button, please do teacher that supervisor, before she opens the big mouth.
