I sent claims to be refunded to me in the beginning of Sept, I now phoned
and the lady said there is no record. When I faxed the claims they called
me back to tell me the one of R300 and R900 will be refunded and the R1000
and R280 was rejected as they requirement more information. I resent the one for R280 on the 01 October 2013.

They confirmed the R1200 will be
refunded back to me when i sent it. On the 3rd i made another call to Bankmed ref 151197413 and was told because i sent to enquiries and not claims my request was not processed. This I could not understand cause when I sent it a lady called me the next day to confirm that she received the request and will send it to claims. She even told me the others were rejected cause it was handwritted and they need a terrif. Now im being told to wait another 20 working days for my refund. There is no urgentcy even when you complain no one seems to care.
