What a pain to become a member!!

I requested to add my parents as dependants on my medical aid on October 29. It took 2 weeks to get a response (after I emailed again several more times).

I had to call/mail several times regarding their cryptic messages about other forms required. I provided all documents and forms (4 December).

I called a week later and was told everything was in order for my parents to be on the Medical aid from 1 Jan 2014.

I called Liberty today (31 December) to find out about the delivery of my parents CHRONIC medication. Liberty said my parents would be active from 1 March. They were on a 3 month delay (No reason provided as my parents have been on medical aid their entire lives). Liberty said they would provide the medication, but first I had Ito resend the list of medication and they said a page need to be signed. (They likely only looked at my stuff today!!! I had sent this info 1 month prior).

The agent Zainab Arendse said she would call back at 1130. When I called at 12... they were closed for the day. Disgusted with this service. My parents start the year with no medical aid or the medication they need to live.
