Refund of a claim

In Aug 2013 i was to see Dr Angela Dragt, practice no: 0240923. Before my first visit to said doctor i liased with medical aid broker, Yusuf to find out if the medical aid covers treatment, upon which i was reassured that they do.By mid september 2013 i received a statement via email from said doctor for R855.00 and was requested to pay icash and claim back from the medical aid. I made payment and by the 25th of Sept forwarded my bankstatement, deposit slip and the account to the broker. On the 10th of Oct i had to resubmit some of these documents after asking the broker what theprogress of the claim is. Again on 31 Oct liased for feedback and had to email another statement to him that states that i made payment.By the 22nd of November after receiving no responce, and me being told that it takes 7 to 14 working days, i decided to contact the medical aid scheme myself. I was told the scheme had not received anything from the broker, i re emailed all the docs and was told 7-14 working days ref: 95898149. On 5 dec i called again and was again asked to email the statements and promised 7-14 working days, ref:98068938. It is now 31 dec and no one has come back to me.
