CARECROSS STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW 2 SPEAK 2 CLIENT

I called to Carecross for a Dental Enquiry because I needed to go to the dentist urgently. I spoke to a Girl by the name of Amy that answered my call. I spoke to her about what my query was, and not only did she sound in a bad mood but she has this irritation in her voice when I was asking her questions. This is seriously becoming a big problem now with carecross because not only do they take more than a month to pay out claims but they have unhelpful staff that don't know how to speak to their clients. I think that bankmed should take charge of the Clients on the basic plan because I am finding Carecross to be an absolute nightmare.
I ended up putting the phone down in her face because I hate dealing with people who have no way of speaking. I have submitted my claim today to Carecross, so lets see if they take another month to reimburse me! HIGHLY ANNOYED AT THEM!!!
