I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL BESTMED CUSTOMER FOR SOME TIME NOW AND UTTERLY SHOCKED FOR THE SERVICE I RECEIVED OVER THE PAST THREE MONTHS!!! YES, ITS THAT LONG AND MY BANKING DETAILS HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED, I HAVE REQUESTED THIS 15 TIMES OVER THE LAST THREE MONTHS AND SENT ALL THE DOCS TO SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP AND CANDICE, NO RESPONSE!!! MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT KEEPS GETTING DEBITED AND PUTS MY ACCOUNT IN A NEGATIVE BALANCE, NOW MY CREDIT RATING DROPPED BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE. I NEED THIS RESOLVED.
