POOR SERVICE AND LACK ON KNOWLEDGE CONSULTANTS

Was bestmed member, canceled membership because of power service. I made a direct payment on 13 March 2013 to medical practitioner who refused to accept medical aid to avoid stress of dealing with them. I sent a claim to Bestmed on the same day. after 2 weeks of getting no response i called to check what is the delay, was told that money was paid to my account and must check my bank statement. after i checked and couldnt find transaction i called i gain and was told the same story and i sked which account the money was paid, was told that they dont have my banking details (should have been told this earlier) sent the banking details, bust still no luck. when i phoned again i am told money was paid but banking details have not ben captured yet and i must still wait for another 2 weeks for payment. Now the problem i canceled membership to avoid their bad service, but unfortunately i still have to be incontact with them till i get my money back, if when only knows with bestmed. i dont know why they dont just pay me back and enjoy the exciting benefits of discovey whom they have been too gud to me with excellent staff who speak fluent English.
