The service at the resorts restaurant is absolutely appalling. On my first visit, I was informed that the Buffet Breakfast at almost R80 a head does not include juices? Since when? I filled out the customer complaint form and received no response. On the second visit I had to ask for a menu 20 minutes after being seated... In addition I had to watch the waiters serve numerous tables around me, while I was seemingly ignored... so much so that the table next to me, who were seated 15 min after me were given menu's and had their order taken before mine was.
