Yesterday my family and i went to Sibaya Casino for supper at the A2A buffet restaurant, we stood in the que for 2 hours just to go in and be seated, on arrival inside the lady at the cash desk was rude and not customer friendly, and as we got seated it was a table for 5 but we paid for 6 because there was someonelse coming in later and we were told by the waiter that he will set the table for the other person when they arrive. There were a lot of empty tables when we entered but yet there was such a long Que.

The food was not to my expectation, the lamb was not cooked properly, the chops was not cooked properly and fatty the food was not edible and worth R155.00 and it was not much of a variety to my family and i as we do not eat beef and pork.

When my daughter arrived at 7 o'clock there was no seating available for her she had to pull a chair from another table, the waiter had said he will be there in a while to set up a table but did not pitch, we could not see him again. My daughter had to use my cutlery and table mat.

We were told that we can only sit for 2 hours although there were people sitting there longer than us, it was not what i had expected.
