On 27/12/2013 my wife and I were playing in area 9 at around 22:00. The specific machines have various jackpots displayed on its screens. I won a mini jackpot but was surprised that the amount was different then what was displayed on the machine. The second mini showed R107, but again only paid R77. I called a floor manager who explained that the machines was slow to reset the jackpot displays and that I was supposed to know that the specific machines does that. It took about 20 minutes to reset. He further called his supervisor and tis one tried to impress on me that its not their fault if the machine is slow and that I can go complain if I so feel. I have been gaming at the establishment for about 14 years and feel they misrepresented themselves. If they are aware that their machines are faulty, they must repair it and not expect patrons to enquire about status of each machine. If a jackpot is displayed on a machine, one plays according to what is displayed.
