I don't know who to contact at Emperors (would have done so if I had a name - Slots Manager (s) and most Managers for that matter are not very visible on the casino floor, no guest relations!! I have been playing at Emperors for years and have no idea who the Slots Manager is. I have my favourite machines that I enjoy playing and there are only 3 of them in Emperors!!! They are in the Slots Empire, called CSI. The first of the CSI machines (closest to the door) has been faulty for weeks and weeks now and I get so agitated when it is the only one open because I do not enjoy playing it because it has lines running across the screen and it jumps and has no sound. I enjoy sound makes it more exciting to play, can't stand a machine with no sound it's boring!!! Do technicians not check machines on a daily or weekly or monthly basis? Perhaps if we had a contact person should we see a problem on a machine we could notify them so that they are aware and can solve the problem. Please can something be done about the CSI machine???
