We ordered 6 vending machines from PK Vending in June 2011, with the agreement that we will take first 3 machines (it was a package deal) and then the other 3. We paid as required, the full 3 machines for the first package.
After waiting 4 months to get a site placement for the 2nd machine, we informed them that we will not take the 2nd package of 3 and that we wish to have a refund for the 3rd machine we already paid, or a placement within 2 weeks (the original placement period was 6 weeks in total for all machines)
We still wait.
They refuse to give the refund. They have not placed a machine. They ignored a letter from our attorney instructing them to refund.
The "director" is never available. Generally, we just get the run around.
To top it all, their machines that were placed, is doing extremely poorly!!! Their information is totally bogus and we have yet to get any service from them.
What a! We bought a number of other vending machines from another dealer and privately - no problems. PK Vending should be blacklisted for anyone wanting to do business with them.
