I would like to complain about the service at Asara Raphael's restaurant today, Friday 27 December 2013 at lunch time. We where two couples (four in total). We probably had 4 or 6 different waiters (lost track of count). I had to pour my own wine, they messed up our desert order. Two of us got desert and when their desert was finished we where still waiting for the other. is it that difficult to bring a donpedro and coffee with the other guests icecream? When we complaint about it and that we in a hurry (need to go to airport) they ignored us in cancelling the order and brought it anywey. We refused to pay for the late desert and waiting a long time for the bill. Sorry but your service is bad and we had 4 (or was it 6 waiters)!
