Poor service and quality of desert

My family of 7 arrived at Ocean Basket Tableview at around 13:00 on 08 Sep. From setting up tables for us to the final order of desert was a terrible experience. We only received our starter order at about 14:00, and this after questioning more than one waiter about our order. Our waitress Emily was running around like a headless chicken. A larger table of people who came after us received their food AND desert before we did. A simple request for a spoon and balsamic vinegar took almost 15 minutes to get so I fetched it myself. My sister inquired with whom I assume was the manager on duty (Anton), about why it was taking so long for our order and he inquired about it nonchalantly with the staff. When the desert finally arrived after another long wait, there was a piece of foil in my sister's desert!! No formal apology or even a little compensation for this was offered! One would assume with a branch full of people, the manager would at least do a walk through to check on his patrons? As we left I complained to the manager and received quite an indifferent apology. The seafood was decent, but this branch will not see any of us again.
