A well located clean guest house with a good breakfast is ruined by the incompetent & rude management team of mother & daughter. You as guest dare not question their authority & the way they run their guest house.
I merely questioned a couple of issues but found that the managers could not be reasoned with.
When i asked to speak to the owner to sort out the issues in a amicable & civil way i was told that he does not speak to guests.
I was told that they do not have time for difficult guests and was asked to take my things & go.
We came to an arrangement that i would only pay for the days spent and not for the remainder of days booked.
The morning that i left i was threatened by the mother that her brother Derrick (the owner) is not somebody to mess with & that he will get the rest of the money for the days booked out of me.
I was then told to get in my car & leave immediately.
I was chased away like a stray dog!
The managers motto is: "our way or the highway"
Overseas guests also receive better treatment.
The mother/daughter combo have zero people skills & i have NEVER been treated this badly by any hotel/ guest house or any service provider for that matter.
