So I wrote to hello Peter on the 14th of December to state that R2, 000 worth of vouchers ordered through Discovery had not been delivered despite numerous telephone calls to their Call Centre. On the 17th Discovery responded to state that my concerns were noted and that someone would contact me.
A further 7 days later I wrote to hello Peter stating that nothing had been done and I'd had no contact from them.
I then received a call saying the transaction would be reversed and I'd be refunded my R2, 000 in a day.
Well it's the 27th and nothing has been done again... I'm starting to expect poor service from them as standard.
I suppose because I'm not a platinum card client and a diamond vitality member and an insurance customer I'm just going to get service and hollow promises. Oh, wait, I am a platinum client, diamond vitality and an insurance customer...
