My Parents was on medihelp which transferred to Gems medical aid. My Father has liver Cancer and Gems is refusing the treatment prescribed by his oncologist. My Father has been on this medical aid for more than 40 years. How is it possible for a medical aid to refuse treatment to a member if they have been on the same medical aid for 40 years.
