Bad service from Eagel Vision

I collected a set of contact lenses on Saturday 7 Dec `13, an our later I went back to order another set, 2 weeks later I phoned to enquire why I was not yet contacted to collect the order as the previous order collection was less than a week, then I get told that I did not put in another order, then to be told the order was put through but was cancelled.
I am the person who ordered another set and only I have the right to cancel the order.
I will take my business elsewhere.
