Imcompetent Lancet

Earlier this year I accompanied my wife to conduct 2 tests at Lancet and was advised that our medical scheme will pay for one of them. We paid the other by debit card and that as that.
Months later we receive a request from Lancet asking for payment for another test that was not authorized by us.
We only requested 2 tests and that was paid for.
A copy of the receipt and bank statement was sent through.
Now we are being hounded with threatening sms by itcba to make payment or legal action will follow.
So we as consumers must be strong armed into paying for something we know nothing about.
Disgraceful Lancet.
Not the 1st bad experience with Lancet and I was advised by friends to rather use another lab due to Lancets incompetence.
Definitely will avoid them in future and will ensure my family and friends do the same.
