Good morning

I am very upset about the way discovery has been treating me.

I was not explained that I need to pay for a number of 4 instalments. I think this is very unfair as NO ONE gave me an final amout to pay.

I have strictly asked if the R1278.00 is the ONLY amount outstanding. I was not given a breakdown of the amount only told the all outstanding funds must be paid and according to me this

Me being 6 Months pregant I cannot afford to be without medical aid.

I need someone to asssit me as this matter is quite urgent.

I spoke to a gentlemen who explained to me how it works and as i explained to him i am rather upset because i have to now pay double just to get my medical aid reinstated and i was not once told what the amount was.

I want someone to tell me what i need to do as i cannot affort almost R3000.00 just for medical aid. i am willing to make arragments but i need to be sure that i will be covered when i go into labour in April,

the reason why i am reporting this on Hello Peter is because i feel that i am not being heard when i deal with Discovery.

Your assistance will be highly appricated.
