I withdrew from Discovery June 2012. This year during April I rejoined Discovery, (Been accepted as a Member) when Discovery received my documents they mentioned to me that there was an amount outstanding and I requested that this amount be deducted from the new medical aid. This was accepted by Discovery. Now I have been told that I am listed at ITC and they have not cancelled the outstanding amount. I was also told that a manager will listen to the recordings and get back to me. This is still to happen since April. I have been sending mails weekly from May and have still to receive any feedback with exception of the electronic responses and an occasional please pay.
