Better service than expected

Usually my reports is negative but this time I got what I expected and more :-)

The air conditioner works! Unlike the last two places I've been where they are just fixtures on a wall.

There is a number of touches that made it very special (will not be giving details so not to spoil that wow moment when you experience the unexpected)

And Chris's food is something you will remember!
