Thank you Lisa for resolving my query and I just wanna let you know that they did eventually refund me. We need people like you at Discovery I suggest you train your colleagues as well and they will be praised like you, they are really lazy waiting to attend to any call just to hear the customers problems even though they know they are not capable of helping them. I have wasted R1500 calling South Africa just to get my money refunded and whoever that was picking my phone they will listen to my story and put me on hold until they hang up on their side, how do you even trust such lazy people who are just there to receive a salary every month but they didn't even work for it. The whole lot need to be fired or Lisa you need to open a training and start training them as they don't have that skill same as yours.
