Waiting for refund and bad service Provided

A car was advertised on the internet for 27900.00 on the 19/12//2013.The next day we went to to one of their branches in Edenvale to see the car.we were assisted by Pamela and Lawrence, but the car was in one of their branch wynberg and we Paid R2000 to secure the car.we drove to Wynberg and we saw the car and were assisted by Pieter and the balance of R25900.00 was transferred to Lisa Bank account. Whilst we were busy with the paperwork we were informed about the admin fee of R2800.00 of which nobody informed us about this fee. We advise Peter that we don't have this money and unfortunately there was nothing they could assist us with and we decided to cancel the deal. We are struggling to get our refund. We've been liasing with Lawrence he's been rude and until now we have not received our refund.we. Are not owing Lisa Bank we need our refund. Lawrence promised that it will be done today but nothing has happened and he's nowhere to be found .we need our money now.
