Im very disappointed by the level of service I received by yello armadillo nothing looked anything like the pics they showed me and the promises they made, they had a hand drawn 101 dalmation, Natalie would you have been satisfied if you paid someone and they had slapped together that kind of party for anyone of your children... I think not.
You barely acknowledged me and made no effort to apologise for the delay in setup or lack there of, you also told me the area would be drapped out and new toys would be available ect I saw nothing of the sort.
In future remember you don't just run a company you create memories and it's not something I can do over. My son only turned one once and i'm quite upset and disappointed that this is what I have to show for all my preparation and money I spent.
