Appalling treatment and blatant

After highlighting a few issues I had encountered at Greenacres hospital, in April for diabetic treatment, I was sent a mail with the hospitals feedback. Not only was the response on their black mold (for which i had taken photographs of) a complete and blatant cover-up, but they admitted to having nursing staff who needed training for diabetic patients and had initiated it after my stay and poor treatment when having my hypoglycemic attacks. I've sent two emails requesting real answers and why I was to, but no reply for two weeks now!

I want this escalated within the netcare group and management to be made aware of this poor cover-up. I will not rest nor tolerate, having paid, for such shocking treatment and then basically given an insulting of a response and silent treatment. Patients are your customers who have a right to highlighting the non deliverables and health violations, especially when it's related to ones health and well being!

I refuse after the cover-up response to let this go... if only they were humble and honest from the start would I have been mildly satisfied.

I expect to hear from top management.
