I just want to get it out there that I am beyond disappointed with the way these "professionals" handled my appointment.
The doctor was so rushed to get though all her clients/patients that she didn't even ASK me why I was there in the first place, she pretty much assumed what the issue was and motor-mouthed her way though the consultation. I could barely understand what she was talking about and made it clear that I didn't understand, yet she continued to blab on and on without explaining further or repeating herself.
The WORST for me was the fact that she mostly tried to sell her top products and treatments to me instead of giving me the advice I went there for!!
I didn't pay R400.00 to go and visit a rep!!
People need to sometimes wake up and realise that as healthcare/skincare professionals they shouldn't just be concerned about making money for the business, but helping people who need help and genuine advice and are willing to pay for it.
Words can't describe how disappointed I am.
I certainly won't be going back there again.
