I went with a friend to The Spa in Virginia (Durban) for a treat and indeed we had a great time. We then bought some products from the spa which I had a very bad reaction to due to a chronic skin condition that I was diagnosed with. I took the products back with my skin burned (dermalogica) and requested a refund. The Spa gave me a voucher which I was not happy with at all, however I took it (R1500.00) as I was not given an option at the time. I phoned them recently and requested a monetary refund since I am not willing at all to use any of their services and to my surprise the lady told me, " you will never get your money back" since it is not they policy. I wish to warn millions and millions of your customers out there, be wary of these before you use the service. I spent so much money and they won't give it back at all instead they keep on making stupid excuses. I want to make it a personal challenge to expose their stupid customer policy.
