As with the other complaintants I was bamboozelled into buying the products... I was in the market for a day cream and a night cream, so I listened to the sales pitch... the prices mentioned started at R15 000, and finally down to R2800... 85% off... ye right... I should have known... anyhow I took 3 products... 2 days later I phoned the sales agent and told him the cream just sat on my skin and took the skin off my face... he said the problem was the spf15, bring it back and he''ll give me another... well he took 2 of my products and gave me a serum... that did nothing for my skin.i ended up going for a skin analysis and was told my skin was badly dehydrated... so I smsed the agent again, and said the product was clearly no good for me, so could I please arrange to get a refund... well I heard nothing for a week... i smsed again, you said I had a 3 month guarantee .please arrange for me to bring it back.':...still no reply... so I went to the mall management, told them my story, they phoned the boss of dejavu... and 2 days later I had a full refund... still no reply from the agent... obviously all that matters to him is the commission... get names and numbers.
