I have been a loyal customer of the Life Day Spa for 2 years. I book my monthly facials and in the past few months have also taken my mother whenever I go. I buy my dermalogica products there and have also attended the past 3 events at the Spa. I also tell all my friends and family about the spa. In December I used my moisturiser as I do daily, but got a bad reaction. When I called the spa to speak to my therapist, she wasn't in. I left a message asking her to call me urgently. My therapist thought it would be appropriate to send me a text message the following day telling me to leave the moisturiser and buff up on my other products. She was quick to blame the reaction on my pregnancy - all of this without looking at my skin and from a message I had left the previous day! After a few sms's from her I requested that she call me and she did so (at a time that suited her, not me!). She committed to contacting me to arrange a time for me to come in so that she could 'quickly' look at my skin. It's been more than two weeks and I am still waiting on her to contact me. I am really disappointed with the service I have received and regret spending my money here.
