In February i was convinced by one of those Pond's sales representative located inside clicks to take part in some challenge that would guarantee my money back if the promised results were were not seen within the time period as in my case it wasn't, so I called them up and explained that it had in fact caused a rash on skin, certainly not the flawless radiance promised! They sent over people to collect the products to have them tested and was told that they would get back to me. I didn't receive my money back nor did I hear another word from them after they collected the products, this was back in February!!! they have had 8 months to test the product and refund my money, absolute! I still have the proof of purchase as well as the little card I was given to assure that I had indeed taken part in the challenge.
