My son was admitted here on the15th July, stayed there till the 18th. THe night staff on the first night were awesome, it all went downhill after that. The man in charge (with the oicture on the door nogal), is rude and doesn't know how to treat clients/patients. Passes you like you dont exist. A stool sample was supposed to be taken, i heard the doctor telling the nurse to take the sample to the lab, this was nver done, as a result, i dont know to this day what was wrong with my boy. this is beyond sloppy!
I was suprised one of the nurses didn't know how to take a nappy out. Even my son didn't want any of those nurses near him, they dont connect with the babies at all.
The medication was administered behind schedule. THe tea (for family, the milk was off). The bedding is not changed, i had to bring a blanket from home. I wanna beg them to please take their work seriously, they deal with innocent babies who are definately not there by choice. Treat all as human, leave your home issues at the door and do what you are supposed to do. I dont think i will ever go back to this hospital or take any of my family members there.
