A few weeks ago, I was looking for a hospital in Midrand and decided to check the hello peter for Life Carstenhof hospital. I was horrified with the complaints that I was reading and was sceptical in using this hospital. Unfortunately I was admitted into casuality early Saturday morning, as soon as I walked in (lol through the wrong door), a young male nurse assisted me into the correct room. Little did I know that he would also attend to me later. Within minutes, someone came to check my vitals, I didn't even wait 5 minutes in the reception and I was taken into the rooms so that a doctor could see me. This is when my angel Ryno Micheals came to assist me again. He walked me to my room, got me comfortable, found out what was happening to me, what meds I was on, etc. The doctor saw me and Ryno continued to treat me. Put my drips, explained what he was doing and chatted to me until I felt better. It's because of him, I realised that not every person is treated badly at the hospital and I was lucky to be taken care of by Ryno. Ryno, Carstenhof is lucky to have a special and dedicated staff member like you on their team and I wish that they employ more staff like you. You're a STAR :-)
