When I first complained Roger Naidoo handled everything efficiently and had told me that I would be refunded. It has been more than 3 weeks and no money has been refunded and the claim for the laboratory has not been handled either. I receive no feedback! We always pay on time when it comes to paying our medical aid rate, why cant they do the same? Really considering going to a other medical aid if I keep being treated like this.
