I want to thank you everyone involved in the treatment of my son on 17/12/2013 and again follow up, 19/12/2013, when we came in after he was in a go kart accident! From reception, Melissa, to the nurse at casualties, to dr Appalraju, to the two nurses who cleaned the wound 2 days later and every other person who we made contact with during the two visits.
Having two children this is not the first time we made contact with medical staff, but surely it was the best and most friendly and professional treatment I can think of. From doctor consulting rooms through to whatever. This hospital helped us and first attended to my badly injured minor and then worried about money!! Surey Melissa (hope I have her name correct) explained procedure to me and took my medical aid card, but immediately phoned casualties to proceed with treatment.
I do not want to tell anything in detail anymore, space to limit and to many to mention. I just want to thank each and everyone who came in contact with us for your smiles and help! We were not a burnen for you and no action was to big for you. You all went out of your way to help us and make my son comfortable!!
