I am absolutely appalled by the services received earlier today, unreasonable, inapt services from Sue Ann she clearly don't belong in the customer services environment. Denise the Manager if she truly is no different. You can't speak to them because they are not willing to listen to the member. When I told them I will take my complaint to the CMS they just brushed it off. But at the same time they are not willing to assist me. Well lets see if someone will get back to me to get this sorted out!
Or is it just a Sizwe thing to treat customers unfairly?
