I put a claim about 3 weeks back, till today i havent got my refund, i wonder what is happening to Sizwe, what is really taking so long to refund a client, there is no sense of agency, It might not be important to them but i really need that money, and thanks, no more I more!!! i am moving to another medical fund, how do i stay with people that dont even know my worth as a client, i remember the other time i went there, those ladys will just serve you in their pace, treat u like ur not even there in room, i stood there and asked are we done, then she said yeah, like when was she going to say we are done, thank you and give me an indication of when the claim was gonna be processesd., so unproffessional..and i must say the environment there is not welcoming.
