Will anyone contact me regarding my complaint? It was lodged 2 weeks ago and I have not received any feedback from Netcare or Unitas hospital. I suppose no one really cares. They just want us to keep paying the very high medical bills and they do not care about their client base. Well im done throwing tantrums. Im taking this matter further, the media and the medical board might be more willing to assist me. Maybe then, you will realize the seriousness of my complaint.
