Hi my wife is on medical aid, her water broke monday 8 weeks ealiar she had to do Tygerberg hospital because she did not have a gynae at netcare so when I phoned to do pre admmission the lady said they not going to help as she did not see a gynae there. I am paying month to month medical aid only for my wife to suffer at a public hospital because Netcare does not want patients there that did not see there gynae. Why is there a truama unit then. This really now while she is laying at Tygerberg I must try private hospitals far from us just because netcare is full of.
