Accommodation was booked for a 3 night stay. One night was cancelled well in advance and Lala-Panzi Guest House refuses to pay the money back. The accommodation was cancelled more than a week in advance of the planned stay at their guesthouse. They are willing to provide a credit for accommoddation in the future, but as we will not be going back to the area in the future the credit means abolutely nothing, and leaves us out of pocket to the value of R2, 200.00.
They further state that their conditions stipulates this and that, but their conditions was never given nor stipulated that they had any conditions at time of invoicing and payment. They are quite quick to take your money but not to repay it accordingly.
They also state that they will reply to your email or will phone you back, but they never do. Theire way of operation is scandelous.
