I contacted Medihelp on Wednesday, and I waited forever for someone to answer. So I felt rather irritated but thought maybe it was just Wednesday that the Call Centre was taking a bit longer and I left it there. Today I have been waiting for someone to answer again - and once again I have been waiting for quite some time.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Are you understaffed or just not answering your phones? I have been through all your Christmas songs that play in the background, and if I must hear "We value your calls" one more time I will have a fit. If you value the calls you do not let an existing member hold on for this long.
And to conclude all of this - I am very happy that I am joining another medical aid scheme. And I dont even want to see a 'pre-drafted' response of someone looking into it, because I doubt that anything will be done.
