No Response from Medihelp Fed up!!

I have recently joined medihelp and the joining process was extremely fast and efficient but ever since then
it takes days on ends for your emails to be responded to and to get through to the customer care line which I have spent an unnecessary amount of money holding for an operator, thus my reason for being so impatient is that I have been trying to get a hold of medihelp to enquire a banking account so I can deposit my monthly instalment as I have recently changed banking details and I refuse to get debited twice due to a lack of response. I find it strange that they haven't even phoned to enquire why my instalment hasn't been paid yet? Due to this failing experience with in such a short time of being a member I would rather choose now to cancel my medical aid with you and go back to Discovery where your queries were important and you got response immediately.
