I made a booking and have paid the full amount of R 10 010, sadly due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel... I was told that I would now lose 50 % of my money - a day later I asked them to keep my booking but was told they have no openings... I then asked them why they are keeping R5005 of my money if the accommodation is taken and was told it is tgeir policy... so they are not losing anything on my cancellation but still insist on keeping R5005 of my money due to a "policy" - I would like to know what validates them getting full payment on my cancelled booking and still keeping my money too... it just does not seem right... I can understand if they would have lost on this booking but they aren't, and now they still want to make a clean R5005 out of me for nothing.
It just doesn't seem right...
Taking money that they are not losing and previously if I email them I get a response in minutes now they are ignoring me
