Over billed on Credit card

I made a booking on the 15th August for a one night stay in Sept, which was confirmed. However on checking my credit card statement I have been charged for a second booking I did not make. I have sent numourous emails and have not had a reply yet.
Who can I email now as I am not in the country so cant phone them direct.
(Supplier name changed from Club Mykonos to Mycascades by Hellopeter.com)
