My sister went on a anniversary weekend with her husband that my father gave them as a gift from group on. The owner bad mouthed my sister saying he was loosing so much money on them staying there (meanwhile it was a Sunday and Monday night out of peak time) and made her feel so bad that it brought her to tears ruining her whole experience and anniversary weekend. So please if anyone reads this never go there and tell everyone to avoid this place there are 100 other guesthouses around the same area that will be far better and 100% more professional.
