On 2 November 2013 i went to a party at the Estate. From the gate we were directed where to park. There was a securty who had a torch at the back. Our table was next to the door and it was cold. I went to the car to get a scarf. On my way back i fell in a foundation which had a mixture of cement and it was wet. there were no sign of red tape and lights for construction. The security came and promise to bring a cloth but never came back. I went to toilet to clean myself. On Monday 4 November 2013 phoned spoke to CLIVE who said i must bring proof of medical. I emai to him and he said the insurance has decline it. I wanted to speak to Insurance or Manager but he refused. They say i had pre injury on my knee. My question is if you were previously injured are you not suppose to get injured on the same spot? I have proof of photos and ALL i want is payment for my injury because of their negligent. They knew there was going to be a party and why were they busy building on the day and why did they make us to park at the back because they are the one who directed us where to park. They should have put on signs that they are busy upgrading or building. Please pay for my expenses and injury
