I was so disappointed with our latest stay at the Palazzo hotel, a hotel that we have stayed at many times before. I specially booked and paid in advance for the Romantic celebrations package as it was an anniversary treat but was terribly disappointed, all the the special romantic celebrations package were never delivered and I have tried for a week now to get a reponse from the hotel but to no avail - very poor considering this is a 5 star hotel. The romantic celebrations package included flowers which were never delivered to our room, a bottle of champagne which was delivered three hours later than requested and therefore not opened, a romantic petal turndown - never happended and a petal bath with floating candle which never happened/ arrived and gifts (nothing arrived!) Very disappointing and no reponse from the hotel - very sad.
