Misinforamtion!! Again

I called about a month ago and spoke to someone around benefits attached to cochlear implants. I specifically asked in the benefit was per year or per ear. I was advised that it was per ear. I therefore ordered a new speech processor for my daughter. Which I would not have if I was advised that the benefit was per year. Sadly I did not record the person's name or a call reference number
When the invoice was submitted, the medical aid did not pay the full amount, and I was liable for R19000. When I called, i was advised that it was an annual benefit. (Lerato - ref: 3107540462
Thought it was easier to just reverse the transaction and order the processor next year.
They now saying that I will still pay for the shortfall next year if we cancel the order and resubmit next year. Prudence ref: 3118614334)
There is no way to get to speak to someone at discovery who will apply there mind when you call the call centre. Sadly the only way to get discovery to take action is to log on hello peter... Discovery you have trained your customers to go public with complaints.
