Based on my understanding this is not in line with the building code nor with safety regulations. I formally place this in writing and written record and request your formal feedback in writing. I am not sure what to do next and honestly feel that the hotel is not looked after and what you are advertising on your website is a misrepresentation of what is on offer and I feel that you have misrepresented yourself.
